I will be trying to post a new herb to this a frequent as I can and have it updated every so often with new information as I'm learning. Aloe


This is a commonly known plant that has been used in remedies for burns, blisters, dry skin, and can improve the digestive system. You can use the jelly that lives inside the plant directly on cuts and burns that are not doctor worthy. You can also use this jelly substance in lotion mixtures that can help hydrate the skin and could also help with cracked skin. Although it is common for people to eat Aloe, you should be cautious if you have any underlining health conditions. Talk to a medical doctor before you choose to add Aloe to your diet.
